Cartridge Color Issues

Black, cyan, magenta, and yellow are used in combination by printers. With CMYK printing, the traditionally main colors red and blue are actually a mixture of two or more hues!

• If you're trying to print BLUE but it looks CYAN, troubleshoot MAGENTA.

• If you're trying to print BLUE but it looks MAGENTA, troubleshoot CYAN.

• If you're trying to print RED but it looks YELLOW, troubleshoot MAGENTA.

• If you're trying to print RED but it looks MAGENTA, troubleshoot YELLOW.

• If you're trying to print GREEN but it looks YELLOW, troubleshoot CYAN.

• If you're trying to print GREEN but it looks CYAN, troubleshoot YELLOW.
